Adding Up!
 

In cells A1:AH1 I have some numbers and some blanks
In cells A2:AH2 I have a pick list of letters A, S, B

When the user selects the "A" from the drop down list I want a formula
which will add the totals of the cells in A1:AH1

Any ideas?
