use Alt+Enter after each end of line. Caveat: excel limit and
specifications shows this line: Length of cell contents (text) 32,767 characters. Only 1,024 display in a cell; all 32,767 display in the formula bar "laurac85" wrote in message ... i need to type one big load of text into one cell i can't merge them etc please anyone that can help get in touch cheers! |

Adding those alt-enters every 80-100 characters breaks the 1024 characters
displayed in the cell specification. You'll be able to see lots more. JON JON wrote: use Alt+Enter after each end of line.
