XML Data Source
I have a form built on xml data source. Each week staff e-mail in xml data ,
the structure is the same so i mapped the file to a spreadsheet and showed excel where to find the file so that each week they would e-mail the form in, outlook then saves it to a specific folder and the report looks at the data. The data has the same file name each week, and all you would need to do is refresh the data. This all works fine, but I set spreadsheets up for other users to use, and the spreadsheet doesn't seem to work with other users. Has anyone else come across a similar situation? or are there specfic username requirements i am missing to use this form? Any help gratefully recieved. |
