Troubleshoot Paper Size in Excel

I have an excel document that I want printed on legal-size paper. In page
setup it is set to legal-size paper, yet in print preview and in actual
printing, the document shows up and prints on letter size.

I am at wits' end!

Can anybody please help?

Check your printer settings. Your default paper size and tray may be set for
Letter

Select Start| Printers and Faxes|Your printer|Printing Preferences, and check
the settings under Paper. If you still have a problem, set the Fit to box to
Legal
