Help With Formula!!
 

hey guys maybe some can help me with this formula that i have it works
for one sheet but bow when i entered to a new sheet it keeps showing
the information of the other sheet iv change the name of the sheet to
VALUE and didnt work then i change ithe nameof the shee to COST only
and then it work CAN YOU PLEASE HELP HERE ITS THE FORMULA
=index(costindex,a5,2)
i have a data on another sheet
