Default how to change column references, while filling down another column

I am trying to take this formula and fill it down 12 cells.

='Total Commissions'!B2 (this would be the first cell)
='Total Commissions'!C2 ( I would like to fill down the formula
as I have to do this for over
twenty sales reps)

Any help would be appreciated.
