How can I ?
If I have a list of names and addresses in an Excel document is there anyway
in which I can automatic have them put into the same letter but have the name and address change? So that I do not have to copy and paste them individually? |

Are you try to create a mail merge using the names and addresses?
If "Yes", then Word can mail merge using Excel as the data source. You can get a separate letter for each name and address.
