Hi would be either, pref would be to sent a workbook

you need to reference in vba script before you use this macro

Sub Mail_workbook()
ActiveWorkbook.SendMail ", _
"This is the Subject line"
End Sub

i have seen far more indepth ones but if it is a quick workbook send
this shall do it
