Hi,

I have a database that has suddenly decided to eat some of my entries. Arg.

That is to say, I have recently noticed that many of my entries are now
missing. I've double checked to see if they somehow were set to "hidden" but
that doesn't seem to be the case.

The numbering is very off too -- it now skips from 7 to 18, though I have
not deleted anything.

Please help!

One possible reason is filter:
Try the following

Menu: DataFilterShow All
