Cell borders with formula edits
 

I am working with an employee who has Excel 2003 but when I hit the F2 button
to edit a formula, it is not referencing the cells in the formulas by color
coding the cell borders to the components in the formula. I guess that this
is a feature that has been accidentally turned off. How do i turn it back on?
