Removing holidays and weekends , networkdays
 

I'm trying to use this function but it keeps returing the number of
actual days, its not removing the weekends or holidays that I put in.

one column date format is in yyyy-mm-dd, the othe rin mm/dd/yyyy
I tried changing to both mm/dd/yyyy but didn't help.

Can anyone help me?

Give us the data and the formula you tried. It sounds like one of them is
text, not being recognised as a date.
