Can't open Excel workbook. Marked " cannot be accessed.
 

I Can't open an Excel file. Message, "....xls cannot be accessed. The file
may be read-only, or you may be trying to access a read-only location or the
server may not be responding" The file is not marked "read only" and there is
no server. What do I do!?
