Enable Macros

Is there a way you can set up a workbook so that when it opens it always
'enables macros' and doesn't give the user the option to disable?

I only want this to apply to a specific workbook (not everything I
open)

Thanks

Its possible to allow all macros to run by setting your "Tools" /
"Macro" / "security" settings to low but its not possible to choose to
which workbook.
The security settings you set for Macros will apply to all excel
worksheets.

If you digitally sign the macros, then a user can once accept your signiture
and from then on they will not get the message for any of the files that you
create and sign.
