Excel FormTrouble
 

Hey Everyone,
I am very familiar with Excel (2003) but new when it comes to using a form.
I have created a form to access and enter simple data but for some reason it
will not activate the "new" button. Any ideas? Also I would REALLY like to
set the workbook so that the form opens when the workbook is opened. Thank
you all in advance.
