Default Unwanted Rounding

Hi,

I am tearing my hair out trying to make a currency sum appear to two
decimal places without the cell being rounded up as, by doing so, it
gives the 'wrong' amount!!!

For info, the figure in the cell £59.3074. I want it to display £50.30
not £50.31.

Can anyone tell me how to stop it doing this?
