Excel should allow all open worksheets to close at once
Using CTRL + selecting close from teh File menu closed all open worksheets in

It's Shift + Click on FILE in the menu to access the CLOSE ALL option

Not in 2007. This works in previous versions, but I can't locate the option
in this newest version.
