Choose filename to go in a cell
 

I have a list of items, one cell needs to contain the name of a graphic file
that goes with the other info. Is there a way to choose and insert a filename
into a cell? I could copy and paste from Explorer but would prefer to choose
through Explorer as highlighting and copying can lead to errors. I tried
inserting a hyperlink but get the whole network address, blue text, etc. and
I don't really want a hyperlink.
