How do I print a column of number in COLOR?
What kind of problem are you having? If you have color on the sheet and it is not printing, you need to adjust your printer settings: File - Page Setup - Sheet make sure the "Black and White" check box is not checked. To add a background color to the column, highlight the column, right click, select "Format Cells", select the Patterns tab, then select your color, click ok. Or click on the bucket icon on the formatting toolbar. The color under the bucket is the color that will be used, or you can click on the down arrow next to the bucket to select a color. To change the text color, highlight the column, right click, select "Format Cells", select the "Fonts" tab, use the "Color" dropdown box to select a color for the text. OR on the formatting toolbar, click on the "A" with a color underneath it, to change to that color, or click the down arrow next to the "A" to select another color.
