ENTER key

How do I get the ENTER CR/LF key to do the line feed but have the ENTER only
key (lower right corner of the numeric pad) just enter with no line line feed?

Does pressing [Enter] when you want the line feed and [Ctrl][Enter] when you
don't want the line feed help?
