Jo

Make instructions clear, concise and in plain english.

I'm trying to find out how to add a calendar someone can just click and
choose a date to be entered in a cell rather than just typing it.

The intstructions given are MISSING steps such as left click the pop up box
for a menu. I got that far because the REST of the instructions are TOO hard
to follow.

How about employing someone to write the help features in extremely plain
english including with every single step in it that any idiot can follow.
Your company turns over billions of dollars a year and you should be ashamed
of the instructions that come with your programs because they are never clear
enough and missing things.
