streaming csv data
 

I am streaming a .csv file to the browser using application/vnd.ms-excel. I
am sure that yesterday the file was opening correctly in Excel format, but
today, each full line is imported into one column. As suggested in various
posts, I have verified that the list separator is defined as comma in
regional settings. Anyone have any other ideas?
