Excel started, but not the file
 

Hi, I saw the same problem yesterday, but I could not find that
particular thread now. So I started this new thread.

Now I am facing a problem. Previously, when I double clicked on any of
my Excel files, Excel would start and the file would be opened. However
now, after I double click on any excel files, only Excel programme
start, with a grey background, and the file not opened. I have to go to
"File", "Open" to open the file.

I have try to re-register the file type with Excel, but doesn't work.
Anyone has any solution for me other than re-install?
