non excel Q. - drop down menu in explorer
 

does anyone know how to have expanded drop down menus?
eg in explorer on my pc at home if i click on a drop down box when
filling out a form I see practically the whole alpahbet

but

here at work, I only see about 10 letters and have to scroll down?
