Default CONCATENATE

Hi every one
I have concatenated a string. My intention is to use to as a link or
DDE to retrieve some data from outside source.
This string is like that: =PROPHETX|QUOTE!'CU6C2000[DTN:CBOT]?Last'
Is there any one who can tell me how to do it by VB or any other way.
regards
Mason
