I am looking to buying software that I can use to Dedup and clean mailing
lists in Excel. Does anyone recommend any in particular? At the present time I am using Semaphore ZP4 with .dbf files, but it is very cumbersome to switch back and fourth from .dbf to .xls because information is sometimeslost. Do you recommend software like WinPure ? I appriciate your guidance! |

Excel has a number of features and capabilities that you can employ to
do this sort of thing. I've never heard of Semaphore or Winpure, possibly because they may be mailing list-type software. Do they have some special intelligence built in? How often and on what scale do you have to do this sort of thing? What kind of duplications do you encounter? |
