embedding sound documents in excel
 

I am trying to insert sound files in an excel document. They are embedded as
"package"; I want them embedded as "sound recorder socument" as I don't want
to open windows media player to play the sounds. When I try to convert the
object, the only option listed is "package" so I can't edit the object.
I know very little about any of this and would welcome some help

Your sound file must be in .wav format
To embed it into a document:
InsertObject Create from file tab
Select .wav file
