Can I eliminate pop up clipboard?
 
I want to keep "copy and paste," but find this pop up clipboard very annoying

You can disable that options in the small options button at the bottom of the
clipboard pane. Just uncheck everything and it will stop poping up, but it
will still work.

Get the Office Clipboard to open. On the lower lefthand corner of that there
will be an Options button. Uncheck the first and Third option. I perfer to
keep the second option active just incase I need to recover a little data a
few cuts ago. If you don't want that either then uncheck it. That should
fix your problem
