CANT DRAG PAGE BREAKS ANYMORE, HOW DO YOU RESTORE THIS?
 

I usually can change page breaks by going into page break preview and
clicking & dragging the page brake lines. Today I can't. The cursor is a
cross and it doesn't change to allow dragging of the page break lines. Can
you tell me how to get this feature back?

Do you have fit to page checked under Page Setup?

Maybe...

Tools|Options|Edit Tab|check Allow cell drag and drop.
