Repost - Track Changes not visible

Hi, there are 17 changes in my spreadsheet that were done while Highlight
Track Changes was on. I am not seeing the little blue tag on the cells where
the changes reside. When I first open the file and choose Tools, Track
Changes, Accept or Reject, I can see that there are 17 changes to process.
If I close the dialog and then go back in, it does not see any changes.
Also, if I first go into Tools, Track Changes, Highlight, and then try and go
back to review the 17 changes, they are not there. Any ideas? How do I get
tracked changes to show up? Thank you

In Tools, Track Changes, Highlight Changes, put a tick in List Changes
on a New Sheet.
