Paste Values
 

Is there a way i cn add paste values to the menu when i right click a
cell ?
I use Paste Values alot and its long winded to keep right clickPaste
SpecialPaste Vales

How about just adding another icon to your favorite toolbar.

Tools|Customize|commands tab|edit category
scroll down the right hand side and drag "paste values" to that favorite
toolbar.

Paste Values
 

You can add the paste special command as a toolbar button on the formatting
toolbar:

In Excel, click VIEW on the menu, select TOOLBARS and from the cascade menu
click CUSTOMIZE.

In the dialog box, click the COMMANDS tab and then select EDIT from the
CATEGORIES list box. In the COMMANDS list box, scroll down until you find
the PASTE SPECIAL command and then click and drag the PASTE SPECIAL command
to the toolbar location of your choice.
