Why is this, and how can I change it back to A,B,C etc

In Excel the colums which used to be A,B,C D etc are now 1,2,3
Tools Options, on the General tab uncheck R1C1 reference style.

Go to menu: ToolsOptionsGeneral Uncheck "R1C1 Reference Style"
