Please help fast - creating pop ups

I need to create a questionnaire in Excel with questions that pop up
along with a data entry field for the participants answer. After the
question is answered, the next question pops up, and so on....

The answers would of course populate a spreadsheet.

How can I do this?

I'm not an Excel guru, but here is one way you could do it.
Example: In cell A1 place the first question and indicate that the
answer should be in cell A2.
Then in Cell A2 create a Data validation table of several answers, one
of which is correct. In cell A3 enter a formula like: =IF((A2=correct
answer), "next question","Try Again").
