Convert number in to words

Hi,
I want to convert the numbers in a cell in to corresponding words.
I saw a reply in the forum where in the conversion was in terms of
Dollars and Cents.

Would you please suggest me a solution to convert a number in the
normal format?
eg: 123.5 should be displayed as "ONE HUNDRED TWENTY THREE POINT FIVE"

Thanks in advance for ur time:) ,

Harsha
