Printing gridlines with empty cell
I am trying to print an order from where I need the gridlines to print. I've
checked the print gridlines box but it just prints the gridlines for the cells with text in them. How do I print the sheet with all gridlines showing? |
Printing gridlines with empty cell
Excel will show the gridlines for the cells it thinks it should be printing.
You could put ="" in the bottom right corner of the range and excel will include that cell in the print range (well, unless you do something to change the print range). nickjohn wrote: I am trying to print an order from where I need the gridlines to print. Alternatley you could select the range of cell you would like to print and
click Format - Cells - Boarder - and selecto Outline and inside and click OK "Dave Peterson" wrote: Excel will show the gridlines for the cells it thinks it should be printing.
