Why do I get different sums on identical columns.

I have two spread sheets with exact numbers (dollars) in both, but I get
different sums. The difference is $1.04.

Are there formulas involved and are the formulas different in the two sheets?
Or is one sheet set to "Precision as displayed" and the other not?
