Tally cards
 

I'm responsible for a card night event. What I need to to is to come up with
tally cards (like what is used for duplicate bridge (with the cavat that you
do not have a set partner for the evening)) for up to 15 tables. I do not
need everyone to be everyones partner, but I would like all the everyone to
play with or against everyone throught the night.

Any suggestions?
