Default Cross-referencing coloured cells

I have a table of worksites with start & end dates of the project. i have
used AND function with conditional formatting to highlight when we are on
site. I then need to allocate staff to these jobs (this is done manually) and
then produce a tabled-list for each person showing where they will be
throughout the year.
The first table is as follows:
Site - Staff member - start date - end date - wk1-wk52
The second table to be in this format:
Staff member
Wk1 Site
to
Wk52 Site
