Multiple users / Shared workbook without interfernce?
At my work we currently use a a shared workbook as a log in sheet. There order the entries go in is not important as we just use it for refrence and for a final number at the end of day. We are having problems with it deleting entries if users are entering at the same time on the same line. I can set it up to make it so I can choose which "CHANGE" to accept, but thats not practical and not what I want. I would just like for it to just bump on of the entries to the next line everytime and never delete any. Since it doesnt matter the order Im not worried about which one gets bumped. Is there a way to do this? this is kinda what it looks like _BORROWER_/_LOAN_#_/ 1ST_/_ TIME_/ BY_/_ TO_/ _ ELLISON / 1248865 / 1ST / 5:55 PM / MG / Alice Dizon -- mglassco ------------------------------------------------------------------------ mglassco's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=34134 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=539109 |
