Scrolling too fast on one sheet
 
The scrollbar moves about an inch and the rows scroll about 3500 just in one
sheet. Is there a way to adjust or fix that?

Hi there,

One way would be to use the keyboard to hightlight cells etc. Hold down
Shift and use the arrow keys (or page up/down).

The mouse problem is annoying ehy!

The scrollbar's control is tied to the used range.

Maybe resetting the used range would help you.
