Unable to edit query
 

Using Excel 2003/WinXP. The file has a query to an SQL database. Sometimes
the query works just fine, other times it just disappears. The button to edit
the query is grayed out. If the file is closed without saving, it will
usually run then but not always. This has happened to more than one user. I
have seen a few other posts in the internet regarding this problem but have
not yet seen a solution or a cause for this. When the users had Win2K/Office
2K, the queries always worked fine. They have only had problems since
upgrading.
