How do I group columns?
 

Whenever I try to group columns of a large spreadsheet, it shows "cannot
shift objecs off sheet." I have not reached the maximum columns, but the
Excel program clearly thinks I have. Why is this?

Check your last cell Ctrl+End
use of merged cells might also be involved.
