Gotta to be a bug, right? What sick kid would think that a
general (default) option setting should override an explicit
decimal point in the data entry? Besides, hasn't MS ever
heard of "backward compatibility"? Okay, I know the answer
to that :-(. But I'm just saying: what sense can it ever make
to override the explicit decimal in data entry? This "must" be
a defect. Please report it to MS, if it is not fixed already.
