Default HOW DO YOU FIX A ROWS HEIGHT

I have just designed a new worksheet and copied all the information from the
old worksheet to the new one, now everytime i delete a column the cells
height goes to 12 and not 50 as i would like. Is there anyway i can fix them
at the height of 50 rather than adjusting the column each time???
