I would like to use the find function and have the results (cell) highlight
when found. |

Um...huh?
Are you using the FIND function or the Excel menu <Edit<Find ? The FIND function will never hilight other cells, but <Edit<Find does hilight the matched cells.... initially only one cell, but if there are more than one matched cells, they list in the bottom of the dialog...just click in that section and Ctrl-A to select (and hilight) all matches. Your right, I am using the <edit<find, but I would like for the results to
be a different color, like red or blue so that it can be read easier. The sheet being read is hundreds of rows and small fonts. OR can it zoom in on the result ??
