What is the keyboard shortcut to insert a bullet in Excel 2003?

I took a peek at the 'What's New' tutorial when I started using Excel 2003
last year and remember that there was a keyboard shortcut to insert a bullet.
It involved using the 'a' key but can't remember the rest. I'm getting tired
of manually formatting the bloody thing and hope someone knows the shortcut.

If you format the cell to Marlett font you can just enter the letter "a" and get
a checkmark.

"h" will give you a black dot.

See the Marlett CharMap for more characters.
