For example I have 2 columns of data. One column has names and the other a
score. A name can appear many times but I only want the pivot table to show and count the instances where a certain score was achieved. So if someone has passed they do not show on the pivot table but if they failed it will give the count of fails and the score for each. Robert 111 suggested a sumproduct function but I don't see how this would help. |
