How do I delete an extra space in every cell in a column?
My report generates dates with a space in front of every cell in that column.
I would like to delete that extra space in every cell all at once. Is there a way I can do that? |

Use the trim function, reference the cell that you want trim and copy the formula down. Once you have the new data (trimmed) just copy and post over the data. -- jbach11 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ jbach11's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=33722 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=535027 |
