Template Wizard with Data Tracking
 

I have been able to set up a form and datbase with the template wizard. The
only problem is that it only captures data from one column. Example below:

Item # 1 Item # 2 Item # 3
Date xxx xxx xxx
Cost xxx xxx xxx
Profit xxx xxx xxx

I can succesfully get the information from Item # 1 column but not from
Items 2&3. Itried expanding the range to include items 2&3 but an error
message appears and says that I can only assign one cell for that range.
Do I need to create a seperate form for Items # 2& 3 and then add them to
the database?
Any help will be appreciated.
