Converting .xls to .doc

hello community

hope some one can enlighten me on these 2 questions?

1) is there a way where spreadsheet (excel) can be directly converted into
document (word)

2) I want to print an Entire Workbook that contains, eg: 5 worksheets,
however I want the printer to print for me the 5 worksheets as an individual
copy and I had uncheck the "duplex" printing option.
But I not able to get all the 5 copies (worksheets x 5) out as individual
page, because, I only able to have 1st copy as individual page and following
2 copies as "duplex" - both 2 pages are printed on both sides. - I am using a
shared printer-
(question is it that the "duplex" option is being controlled by the
Administrator ?)

Thanks Community

Converting .xls to .doc

1. Not really, but, in Word, if you do a file/open/ and change Files of Type
from Word Documents to All files, it will open the excel file.

2. try this:
1. Select all sheets in the workbook. To do this, click the first
worksheet, hold down SHIFT, and then click the last sheet in the workbook.
2. On the File menu, click Page Setup. On the Page tab, select
resolution=300dpi and then click OK.
crazy, but it might work
