I am entering information in a database and for whatever reason, the
formatting in the e-mail address (blue, underscored) repeats in whatever cell I key next. How do I prevent this from happening? Do I format all cells as Text? I think I did this already. Help! I need this information to pull directories for a client. -- ljm |

![]() Not a solution by a workaround You can change the formatting of hyperlinks using the Format-Style-Hyperlink route. -- mrice ------------------------------------------------------------------------ mrice's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=10931 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=533845 |

Thanks very much. I'll do this with my next group of address in the database.
